If your conference/camp begins on a Monday, you may request to check in after 7:00 p.m. on Saturday or after 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. There is an Early Arrival fee of $22/night for youth (includes limited supervision) and $20/night for adults.

To request an Early Arrival please send an e-mail to housing@byu.edu with the following information:

• Your first and last name
• The conference you will be attending
• The date you would like to check in
• Your daytime phone number

We will confirm your request and provide you with the location of your early arrival check in.
