Can I Check In Early?

If your conference/camp begins on a Monday, you may request to check in after 7:00 p.m. on Saturday or after 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. There is an
Early Arrival fee of $22/night for youth (includes limited supervision) and $20/night for adults.

Can I Stay Late?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate you after your conference check-out date. You will need to leave your room by 9:00 a.m. that morning.
Can I Request A Specific Room?

We do our best to ensure you are comfortable during your stay, but unfortunately we cannot honor specific room or building requests.
Can I Stay On Campus While My Child Attends A Conference?

We are not able to accommodate anyone who is not registered for and attending a conference/camp.
Are Linens and Towels provided?
Top 
Bed and bath linens are provided, but there is no maid service. Your Hall Advisor can exchange soiled linens for clean ones; however, please
be mindful that we do not have enough towels for everyone to have a clean one everyday. You may want to bring an extra blanket or pillow
if you need more than one.
What Are The Residence Halls Like?

Conferences are housed in our student Residence Halls. Each room has two twin beds that are raised approximately 4 feet off the ground. Central
bathroom facilities are provided on each floor. Cooking facilities and private baths are not available. If you need special accommodations
for a qualified disability, please indicate so on your conference registration and inform our office.
Can I Sleep On The Floor?

Fire regulations prohibit more people occupying a room than there are beds. The housing fee is for the bed only, not for the room. We
reserve the right to maximize housing space by filling all available beds in a room.
What About Parking?

You may park in any of the lots around the residence halls identified by a green "C" sign. Limited guest parking is available near
classroom buildings. Please contact the
BYU
Traffic Office with any special parking needs. Restrictions on stalls for service vehicles, employees, Hall Advisors, and handicapped
persons are enforced.
Can I Bring A Babysitter?

Children of conference/camp participants are not permitted in campus housing (infants included). We reserve the right to ask both adults
and youth to leave campus for misconduct.
What Are The Housing Area Hours?

Our halls are open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
How Can I Be Contacted In Case Of An Emergency?

Can I Access The Internet On My Laptop From My Campus Room?
Top 
Internet service is typically only provided to students and staff of Brigham Young University. However, a guest may call the
Technology Help Desk (801-422-4000) to make arrangements for internet access. Fees may apply to this service.
