Brigham Young University prides itself on the clean, well-maintained buildings found on its campus. Conference housing facilities are no exception. Guests who stay at BYU will stay in one of two housing complexes: Helaman Halls and Heritage Halls. You are invited to review the facility in which you will be staying and the policies that govern campus accommodations.


Guests should be aware of the following important information:

• The beds are raised approximately four (4) feet off the ground.
• Children (including infants) are not allowed to accompany their parent(s) in campus housing.
• Room assignments in a specific room or building are not guaranteed.
• Guests with a special need or disability should indicate so on their conference registration.
• Guests are expected to check out of their rooms by 9:00 a.m. on the day of their departure.
• On-Campus parking is available to conference guests in any "C" lot.
