You may check in at the Wymount Office after 10:00 a.m. on the effective date of your rental agreement. When you check in, you will be given the key to
your apartment. A Community Aide in the area will give you a mail key. After you turn in the completed check-in form, you will be given a second apartment key. If you would like to check-in on a Saturday or a Holiday,
you must make arrangements beforehand with the Wymount Office.
If you are locked out of your apartment during office hours, you may check out a key from the Wymount Office with photo
identification. If locked out after business hours but before 11:00 p.m., you can go to your Community Aide to be let in
(the same identification process is required). If a checked-out key is not returned the same day, you will be charged
$1.00 per day for each day you have the key.
