Scheduled Payments Top
Monthly payments can be scheduled through QuikPAY. Please remember that if you have scheduled monthly payments, they do not automatically
get cancelled when you move out of BYU Student Family Housing; you must cancel them yourself.Click here to access QuikPAY. There's an option in the menu on the left for Scheduled Payments.
Wymount Terrace RatesTop
Rent is due the first day of every month. A $20 late fee will be charged if payment is not received in full by the tenth day of
the month. Rates typically increase 3-5% every year, effective September 1.Electricity charges are posted to your university account around the middle of each month, and are due on the first day of the following month.
