Change Billed Account

If married, you may choose which spouse's account gets billed each month; however, we will only bill the account of a resident who is enrolled in classes at the University. All rental payments must be made to the currently billed account. Click here to change the billed account.

Contracting Process

Read all the instructions BEFORE beginning the contracting process.

If you are engaged or married at the time you contract for an apartment, both Part 1 and Part 2 must be submitted before the agreement will be complete. Part 1 should be submitted by the prospective resident who is or will be enrolled in classes at the University. This is the person whose university account will be billed each month. Part 2 must be submitted by the spouse/fiancé(e) before 3:00 p.m. Provo Time on the following day. The same person cannot submit both Part 1 and Part 2 of the agreement, as both spouses are required to contract jointly for the agreement. This requires both spouses to have a valid, working NetID. Make sure you both can log in to myBYU before beginning the contracting process. Click here to create a NetID.

If you are a single parent with dependent(s), you only need to submit Part 1 of the agreement.
