Brigham Young University provides a number of benefit programs for regular full-time faculty, administrative, and staff personnel, including group medical, dental, disability, and life insurance. BYU also offers a selection of retirement programs.
The University has an excellent tuition benefit that enables eligible personnel and their families to continue their education. Eligible personnel may register for up to six credit hours each semester.

Harold B. Lee Library
Employees receive access to the Harold B. Lee Library – a top ranked college library in the country by the Princeton Review, ahead of such schools as Yale and Stanford. The library is also home to the Utah Valley Family History Library, the second largest family history library in the LDS Church.
