The Last Semester Option Appeal Form is to be used to appeal for work eligibility during the student’s last semester before graduation. If approved, it will enable the student employee to work with less than the required 6 credits.

The Part-Time Option Appeal Form may be used to appeal eligibility to work with less than the required credit load. The department must initiate any request to appeal this University Policy.

Part-time supplemental compensation is compensation paid in addition to regular wages for work which is performed apart from and in addition to the employee filling his/her regular University assignment.
