Last Semester Option
The Last Semester Option Appeal Form is to be used to appeal for work eligibility during the student’s last semester before graduation. If approved, it will enable the student employee to work with less than the required 6 credits.

The Over 20-Hours Appeal Form may be used to appeal to work more than the allotted 20 hours per week during Fall and Winter semesters. The department must initiate any request to appeal this University Policy.
Due to Federal Immigration Laws and Regulations, international students may not work more than 20 hours per week while school is in session.

Part-time supplemental compensation is compensation paid in addition to regular wages for work which is performed apart from and in addition to the employee filling his/her regular University assignment.
