Housing Agreement
Your BYU On-Campus Housing Agreement
Acceptance of Brigham Young University Housing & Dining Agreement is your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed
to the Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation, the Terms and Conditions relating to payment of late fees, termination and
the BYU Honor Code. Your agreement is binding for the time period you request,

BYU Residence Life upholds the Church Educational System Honor Code.
You are expected to abide by your commitment to the Honor Code as part of your housing
agreement. This includes the Honor Code Statement, the Academic Honesty Policy, the Dress and Grooming Standards, the
Residential Living Standards, and the Continuing Student Ecclesiastical Endorsement.
