Cancel My Agreement

Fill Out Petition Log in to My Housing Account Click on the "Cancel Housing Agreement" link under the Agreements menu. Complete the petition and submit.
Discuss Your Petition You will receive an e-mail confirming your petition has been received and explaining what process your petition will go through.
What Happens Next? Your petition will be forwarded to the Housing Services Committee for review You will be notified of the decision (usually within two weeks) Do not do anything (such as sign a new contract, check out, or attempt to sell your contract) until you receive the Committee's decision
If Released By Committee Contact Hall Advisor to Check Out You will be expected to complete all cleaning as assigned and check out properly	*If NOT* Released By Committee** You can schedule an appointment with the Area Manager to discuss an appeal
	Finding a Replacement For Your Contract It might be possible for you to find someone to take over your agreement You cannot be replaced by someone who has submitted a housing agreement for the same time period you're wanting released from
