The C.A. selection process will begin the last week of February and run through the month of March.
We encourage all applicants to submit their application during this time frame. Early application submission will receive
first reviews. Applications can be submitted electronically at any time, but positions fill quickly, limiting the number
of openings for later submissions.
Print and have completed by your current ecclesiastical leader. Upon completion, this form should be sent
to the address listed below.

Your application will not be considered until the application office receives all three parts (Forms A-C) of the application.

Selection Process
The selection committee will carefully review each completed application.
Applicants selected for the interview will be contacted directly by the
selection committee. Every completed application is guaranteed a review, but due to
the large number of applicants, it will not be possible to interview every applicant.
Applicants selected for an interview should be notified during the month of March.
The selection committee will offer positions around April 1, 2010, but some positions may be offered earlier. Applicants not selected
for an interview will be notified by mail of the Committee's decision.
All completed applications will be kept on file for any additional openings.
