Why Are There Ten Payments?
All Fall/Winter housing and meal plan agreements are set up on a ten payment plan. Two of these payments are due prior
to the agreement start date. The first five payments, July through November, pay for Fall Semester
and the second five payments, December through April, pay for Winter Semester. Payments are due
on the first of each month and are considered late after the tenth. A $20 late fee will be assessed
to all individuals with an outstanding balance after the tenth.Payment amounts are listed separately for rooms and meal plans. After selecting a room and meal plan, payment information for the contracted room and meal plan may be viewed by selecting the Payment Information link under the Financial tab in My Housing Account. Payments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 10th.
