Your BYU On-Campus Housing Agreement
Accepting a Brigham Young University Housing & Dining Agreement is your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to the appropriate terms & conditions for the selected bedspace, including, without limitation, the Terms and Conditions relating to payment of late fees, termination and the BYU Honor Code. Your agreement is binding for the time period you request, and is non-transferable. If you have questions regarding your agreement, contact Campus Accommodations at (801) 422-2611.

Church Educational System Honor Code
BYU Residence Life upholds the Church Educational System Honor Code. You are expected to abide by your commitment to the Honor Code as part of your housing agreement. This includes the Honor Code Statement, the Academic Honesty Policy, the Dress and Grooming Standards, the Residential Living Standards, and the Continuing Student Ecclesiastical Endorsement.
